With 35 years’ experience in the Banking, Finance and Accounting, Allison is eager to get her hands dirty assisting people to grow their business and financial future. Allison enjoys getting to know and understand your business and your needs, whether you are setting up a business, need re-structuring or are looking to expand your business, Allison likes to get out into the field and help make it happen. Opening a family run accounting business over 24 years ago, she is currently operating an accounting firm on the Mornington Peninsula and combining this firm to the TJS team means that your business is well placed to get the expertise you require. Allison also spends extra time doing public speaking to provide financial education, allowing people to set up business, understand the accounting concepts of budgeting, profitability and taxes. In her down time, she enjoys hiking, travel, gardening, and enjoying good food with family.

Meet Keith, our dedicated accounting staff member with over five years of experience in financial management. Keith is known for his meticulous attention to detail and his ability to streamline processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial reporting. He holds a double degree in Accounting and Financial Planning and is passionate about helping our clients achieve their financial goals. Outside work, Keith enjoys exploring in his 4WD, so keep an eye out if youre on the trails.

With a background in communications, our digital guru Kate looks after marketing and client communication. Kate is passionate about helping people boost their financial literacy, and you’ll often find her updating our newsletters & social media channels with the latest tax news. On the weekend she is usually walking on the beach with her dog Louie, or catching up with friends over a wine.

With over 20 years’ experience in tax practice, Tory’s an expert at budgeting, cash flow and future planning. You’ll usually find her getting to know clients, studying the nitty gritty details of tax law and sharing her extensive knowledge with the team and clients alike. She loves having the opportunity to impact people’s lives and thrives on the challenge of achieving best outcomes for clients. On the weekends, Tory loves to travel, go for walks, spend time with her amazing family, eat good food, drink good cocktails and read good books.

Jackie is our go to with anything ASIC. Managing all our companies ASIC requirements, you’ll find her stuck into some paperwork or thoughtfully explaining the governance process. With a meticulous eye for detail and a deep understanding of Corporate Governance, Jackie ensures our clients remain fully compliant with statutory obligations. From managing ASIC filings and maintaining company registers, to advising on board governance and preparing meeting documentation, clients can trust that Jackie won’t let them miss a deadline.

Vicki always acts with a warm, professional manner and exceptional organisational skills, Vicki keeps our front desk running smoothly and ensures every client and visitor feels welcomed and looked after. Meet Meena, the financial wizard and culinary extraordinaire here at Lakewood Accounting. By day, she's your go-to accountant and bookkeeper, helping clients navigate the intricate world of tax returns & bookkeeping. From maximizing work-related deductions to ensuring your Xero file is up-to-date, Meena's got you covered. But when the workday's done, you'll find Meena in her element, spending quality time with her beloved kids and husband. Weekends are all about family adventures and whipping up delicious meals in the kitchen.

Shehani is one of our talented Accountants. She brings enthusiasm, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail to every task. Having previously worked at HSBC, she feels most comfortable pouring over large data sets and excels at making sure nothing gets missed. Supporting the team with day-to-day accounting duties, reconciliations, and financial reporting, Shehani is quickly building a strong foundation in the public practice profession. Her dedication and eagerness to learn make her a valuable asset to our growing team.

Katherine understands that a passion for running a business doesn’t necessarily mean a passion for business compliance. She has been working within the tax field for the last decade and enjoys assisting clients with (what some view as) banal tasks, so they can focus on making their business flourish and grow. You will generally find her diligently completing business tax returns, ensuring our clients remain compliant. When she isn’t buried in an accounting program, Katherine enjoys spending time with her two greyhounds, husband and two young girls.

She’s a whiz across all areas of cloud based accounting and bookkeeping, and is yet to encounter a MYOB or Xero query she can’t solve! Laura loves helping clients gain control over their accounting affairs. She’s a whiz across all areas of cloud based accounting and bookkeeping, and is yet to encounter a MYOB or Xero query she can’t solve! You’ll usually find Laura reviewing, allocating and posting numerous client account transactions, chatting with clients and helping plan for quarterly BAS return preparation. On the weekend Laura loves to be outside! Whether it’s camping, water skiing or socialising with friends, you’ll find her out and about in the fresh air.

Sibylle is a natural communciator, jumping into any problem with a can do attitude and a hunger to provide the best outcome. Her clients love her ability to clearly work through their books.
